The hotel is beautiful with new facilities. The stuff has always been friendly.

This accommodation had a central setting too near to take a taxi. Truly enjoyed my bright room, it was neat.

The view to city is good, the room is quiet and bright. Had large bedroom and late check-out, excellent experience overall. The hotel provides an impeccable service. Plus, free parking is available on site.

Location: the hotel was short walk to Chitose train station and Chitose international airport. The staff was professional, just as I expected.

I was here for 1 night and ate at traditional restaurant at the ground floor. Had good facilities, such as cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar and coffee/tea makers. The stuff was professional, just as I expected.

The bathroom in this hotel was the best I encountered during my two-week trip, even surpassing the Westin. The luxurious bathtub was a highlight. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room size was good. The hotel's location next to Aeon mall was excellent. It's worth noting that there is a 15-minute drive from the airport to the hotel, but the free shuttle service provided convenient transportation options. The staff was helpful and arranged for us to take the shuttle bus to the train station. The housekeeping staff even tidied up our room when we arrived late due to our flight schedule. Additionally, the breakfast offered was one of the best I experienced in Japan.

The location was great, just a short stroll away from Aeon Chitose. A supermarket and department stores were right next door.
